YARD SIGNS:  Yard Signs are available to purchase, please click HERE to order one. The are $14 dollars. Payment is due on the 16th at the Fall meeting. Check written to HLWW or exact change.

This is for ⅞ Junior High and 9-12th grade HS students. If you are new to JH/HS activities, please use this link Registration step by step (2).pd for help if needed.

All students need to be registered, have their current sports physical and be paid in order to participate.

** Very helpful for coaches and the office for planning purposes if families register RIGHT AWAY and not wait until the last minute/night before the activity starts to register. You can always register and do the PAY LATER OPTION if that is helpful.

Activity Fees: JH-$90 HS- $100 Ind  Cap: JH- $200  HS-$230    Family Cap $500

Click on the NOTIFY ME on the right of the page to sign up for notifications/reminders.

*If you are already registered for NOTIFY ME, you need to update your settings, or you will continue to get last years set up reminders.

SPORTS PHYSICALS 2022-23

All sports need to have a sports physical on file in the activities office. They are good for 3 years. If you are unsure please email Kayti @ kheber@hlww.k12.mn.us to find out.

If you have them, please either scan, mail or bring them into the Activities office prior to the first day of practice.
 

UNIFORM/EQUIPMENT: The school will provide the uniform, which will be handed out at practice. All school issued items will need to be returned at the end of the season, if its not returned then the family will be charged for each item.
 

GAME DAY TRANSPORTATION: Bus will take kids to and from games. There is no Activity Bus for practices. Parents will need to pick up students promptly after practice.
 

FREE REDUCED APPLICATION:

This will come in the online “Back to School Packet” Please fill that out right away. Remember to turn in the WAIVER OF CONFIDENTIALITY. This is how your Activities fees will be free/reduced.
 

IMPACT TESTING:

Athletes in grades 7-12 will do our concussion impact testing prior to each season if it's needed. Those baseline tests are done every other year. Coaches will have that info when the season starts of who on the team needs to test.
